Overview
The Galactic High Council of 1026 presides over the commerce hub of the galaxy, Xarnas.
Within Xarnas, four planets surround the central star. Together, they provide home ports for up to four commerce guilds. Commerce guilds can engage in battle to determine which guild controls the star and elect a trader prince to oversee the solar system.
Duties
The council has a duty to ensure the success of 1026 by defending the central star against foreign invaders during cross-server events.
Through joint efforts, the council seeks to ensure all players have an opportunity for growth and, by virtue of that, that all commerce guilds continue to grow and succeed in their own cross-guild battles.
Though peace is desired, the council understands that members also seek battle outside of cross-server and cross-guild events. The council is further charged with fostering a competitive but stable intra-server environment with balanced rules for player vs. player battle.
