Brief Overview
Guilds in the Foundation game can hold up to two hundred members. Guild management is composed of 11 members of the guild.
The management positions are:
1 Chairman (R5, or Rank 5)
10 Executive Managers (R4)
Within the 10 executive managers, four roles are appointed. These roles are Diplomat, Recruiter, Warbringer, and Viceroy.
The remaining members in the guild fulfill R1-R3 positions, based jointly on their overall power, contributions to their guild, and activity.
NOVA Leadership
NOVA leadership fundamentally seeks players with positive attitudes, low egos, good humor, and a commitment to the game and guild. Our leadership approach is democratic, as we want to ensure our actions and decisions are for the betterment of the guild and our server, 1026, as a whole. Below is our guild leadership.
